Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Engaging in activities intended to exploit the bonus system.
• Playing games using software, bots, or automation tools.
• Any attempt to manipulate or cheat in a game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or behaving in an abusive manner toward other members.

Account Closure & Suspension

1333 dbt may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

7.1 Closure by 1333 dbt

• In the event of a breach of terms and conditions.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Registering with false information.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• Extended account inactivity (over 24 months).

7.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. Self-exclusion is also available as part of our responsible gaming commitment.

Limitation of Liability

1333 dbt accepts no liability for the following:

• Losing a game due to an internet connection failure.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Losses resulting from issues with the user's own device.
